Instruments of the trade.
A general mechanic can service most of a vehicle. A climate system is read differently: pressure, airflow, and electrical load, together, before a single part is touched. That distinction is the whole reason a specialist workshop exists, and the reason Quick Cool is the best place in Kurunegala for auto AC repair and diagnosis.
Precision Gas Recharging

Where It Began
Quick Cool opened as a small garage in Dambokka: a handful of tools, one technician, and a conviction that automotive air-conditioning deserved to be done properly.
Ideal Motors
We retrofitted air-conditioning into brand-new Mahindra Bolero vehicles arriving from the factory without climate control, precision work completed before each one reached its first owner.
Auto World Dambokka
A trusted air-conditioning service collaborator to Auto World Dambokka, the region's authorized Toyota dealer, for over a decade.
Our Own Parts Counter
We opened our air-conditioning spare-parts counter just across the street, bringing workshop and inventory under a single roof.
A 4,000 Sq. Ft. Workshop
What began in a single garage has grown into a 4,000 square foot facility, staffed by a full team of trained technicians and equipped with modern diagnostic and gas-recovery machinery: the same precision, at a larger scale.
The soul stays intact.
Owning a vintage automobile is a statement. We perform air-conditioning retrofits with absolute minimal intervention to the original bodywork, preserving the character and integrity of the vehicle while delivering modern climate comfort.
- No irreversible alteration to original panels or trim
- Componentry selected to suit the era of the vehicle
- Undertaken only after full consultation with the owner
No compromises.
Specialized care for European vehicles, where tolerances are tighter and componentry unforgiving of substitution. We use only genuine, brand-new parts: nothing reconditioned, nothing approximate.
- Genuine parts sourced directly, never aftermarket equivalents
- Technicians trained specifically on European climate architecture
- Full documentation provided with every service
Hybrid, without hesitation.
Hybrid vehicles bring their own climate architecture: electrically driven compressors, high-voltage safety protocols, and systems that behave differently under load. We diagnose and service air-conditioning on hybrid vehicles with the same precision applied to any conventional platform.
- Electric-compressor systems diagnosed correctly, not guessed at
- High-voltage safety procedures observed throughout
- Genuine and compatible componentry for hybrid drivetrains
